Full replacement, no sliding scale
Many battery warranties shrink as they age — full swap for the first few months, then a reducing credit against a new one. Ours does not work that way. Inside the period on the label, a battery that fails a warranty test is replaced.
Twelve months on Value Plus, eighteen on Essential, twenty-six on Premium.
What it does not cover
A battery that is flat but healthy, and passes testing after a recharge, is not a failed battery. Nor is one damaged by a charging fault in the vehicle, by physical damage, by incorrect fitment elsewhere, or by an application it was not sold for.
Vehicles used commercially carry a shorter period, and that is disclosed before you buy, not discovered afterwards.
Your rights are on top of this
Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act gives you a six-month implied warranty of quality from delivery, whatever any document says. Nothing in our warranty limits that, and the choice of refund, replacement or repair in that period is yours, not ours.
