turnkey for the Xpress Store format. Investment differs by format, site and the landlord's tenant installation. Per-format figures are given in the qualification interview and, in statutory form, in the Disclosure Document.

How it runs

From enquiry to open door

  1. Apply

    Tell us your town, your experience and what capital you can actually deploy. Applications get a decision within 5 business days.

  2. Qualification interview

    Where the per-format investment figures and the trading model are put in front of you.

  3. Disclosure Document

    You receive the statutory Disclosure Document required by the Consumer Protection Act at least 14 days before you sign anything. Read it. It is where the real numbers, the litigation history and the financials live — not on a website.

  4. Franchise agreement

    Once signed, the Consumer Protection Act still gives you 10 business days to cancel in writing, without cost or penalty.

  5. Build, train, open

    Shopfit to the GBX format, staff trained on testing and fitment, opening stock in, and your store listed on the dealer page.

Straight talk

Do not apply if

  • You want a passive investment. This is an owner-operator format.
  • You intend to stock competing battery brands alongside NOVAX®.
  • You want to negotiate the Operations Manual.
  • You can show “access to” funding rather than your own capital.

That list is deliberately blunt. It saves both sides several weeks.
