Every NOVAX® battery is 100% recyclable, and the scrap exchange built into the counter price is what puts your old one back into the recovery chain. It does not mean a lead-acid battery is harmless: it contains lead and sulphuric acid, it is hazardous waste at the end of its life, and it must never go into household refuse. Hand it to any authorised outlet, whether or not you are buying from us.
