Buying from anyone else The NOVAX® warranty attaches to a sale by Global Batteries Xpress or by an outlet we have appointed in writing. If a seller is not listed above, call us before you buy and we will confirm in one phone call whether they are authorised.

How to tell you are buying a genuine NOVAX®
An invoice, not a slip
A warranty claim needs an invoice showing the outlet, the date, the size and the range. Ask for it at the counter and keep it.
Range marked on the battery
Value, Essential and Premium each carry their own label with the warranty period on it. Check that the label matches what you were quoted.
An authorised outlet
If the seller is not listed on this page and cannot show a current NOVAX® authorisation, the NOVAX® warranty does not attach to that sale. Check with us before you buy — it takes one phone call.
