Full replacement warranty
If a NOVAX® fails a warranty test inside its period, it is replaced. No sliding scale, no pro-rata credit.
Quality, measured
A validated failure rate of 0.26%1
Five full containers. 5 400 batteries sold, 14 came back and failed testing. That is one in every 386 — and it is measured from our own warranty records, not from a brochure.
The consistency is the part we are proudest of. Container by container the returns were 3, 2, 5, 1 and 3. Not one run in five went past six failures in a thousand-odd units.
That is why Premium carries 26 months. A warranty period is a bet a supplier places on its own failure rate. Ours is short enough that we can afford to be the longest standard cover on the shelf, and still settle every claim over the counter.
Every NOVAX® returned under warranty is tested at the counter before it is replaced. Those results are what the number is built on — nothing is estimated.

Measured on 5 400 units — five full containers of 1 080 — of which 14 were returned within the warranty period, failed conductance and load testing at an authorised NOVAX® outlet, and were replaced. Container by container the returns were 3, 2, 5, 1 and 3. It excludes units returned flat that passed testing after recharge, and units rejected under an exclusion listed in the warranty terms. The most recent container is still inside its warranty period, so its figure may yet move. Bought anywhere else, it is not a NOVAX® warranty
NOVAX® is supplied to Global Batteries Xpress outlets and to resellers we have appointed in writing. Those outlets can test it, fit it and settle a claim over the counter.
If you were sold a NOVAX® by anyone else, the warranty in this site's terms does not attach to that sale, and we cannot vouch for how the battery was stored, charged or transported before it reached you.
